Brewery Lofts

90 Sumach St, Corktown, Toronto

One of the few hard lofts featuring 14′ tall ceilings in Toronto. This Corktown loft was previously a CBC props warehouse, Sorbara Group purchased the building in 1992 , in the midst of Toronto’s worst housing bubble and let it sit for five years before they begun retrofitting the building into live/work lofts. Completed in 1998 , the structure consists of a seamless fusion of brick and glass, and is very well managed. Amenities include a 3,200 square-foot rooftop garden with barbecue setup, a recreation room, visitor’s parking and ample underground parking.
